What the app collects
The M&A Story app does not collect personal data such as your name, email, location, contacts or device identifiers. There are no accounts, ads or analytics SDKs.
Game saves
Your progress and language setting are stored only on your device. Save files are never uploaded and are removed when you delete the app.
AI world
When you start or continue a game, the app downloads that day's public world file (prices, rates, AI-written events and news) from mnastory.com once. Only a plain web request is sent. The server builds the file once a day by giving public news and market data to Anthropic's AI model (Claude); no user data is involved.
AI staff
What your office staff do and say, and how they react to your silly orders, is generated by the mnastory.com server using Anthropic's AI model (Claude). Only in-game data is sent (company name, CEO name, staff names and stats, morale, outfits, decor, and in-game memories); no device data or contacts. The server does not store this after replying and only counts IP addresses briefly in memory to prevent abuse. We suggest not using your real name as the CEO name. Offline, staff run on built-in rules instead.
Payments
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
Website
When you visit mnastory.com our server keeps access logs (IP address, browser info, time of visit, referrer). We use them only to run the site and count visits, and delete them after 90 days. We do not use cookies for ad tracking.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
